I am particularly interested in knowing what you think of their research findings that hand velocity maximises at impact. I also want to know what to make of their conclusion that wrist action adds significant power to the swing. Does this wrist action have to be active or can it be passive in response to centrifugal forces?
There is lot I do not understand about this paper because of my limited understanding of mechanical engineering research methodology, and I would appreciate comments from forum members who fully understand this paper.
