swinger top of swing pos. and downstroke waggle

I am inspired by Tongzilla's winter drills post. Does anyone have some top of swing position (for swingers) from down the line that they consider ideal?

Also, can someone elaborate a bit on the downstroke waggle?

Take Club to TOP . . . STOP . . . HOLD . . . Apply Extensor Action . . . Swing thru . . . Soak up the feelings . . . Monitor. I hit balls like this some too.

So when I swing to the top and stop, the first move down would be something akin to dropping the trail elblow (or right shoulder) DOWN first. In this manner, I avoid bending the plane line right?

get yourself a plane laser or flashlight...get to the top or end (whichever you use) then trace a straight plane line all the way through impact, low point, and make sure you rehearse the hinge action you plane to use and make sure you complete it at the follow through.
