Swinging under the stick?

Can you go into what swinging under stick does for you and the logic behind it ? What do you mean when you say swing under the stick ? What bad moves does swinging under the stick counter? A video answer would be great.

I would imagine it just counters over the top or over the bottom. Much like that stupid styrofoam thing you put over the ball.

It is also meant to keep you "behind the ball" and fix the steep angle of attack - especially with the longer clubs.
