I have 2 Taylormade CBG max utility 3 & 4. I am not sure if you can call those hybrids but from what I understand from the guy in the shop is that these clubs has a lower CB and well back in the club head which makes it much easier to get it air borne compared to the 3 & 4 irons.
My experience so far is that with good hits, it will go high and far.
All the lofts and shaft flex's are doctored up on non tour spec equipment. Your woods will have approx 2deg more loft than is, be at least 2 deg closed and a shaft flex softer than is claimed.
