I haven't used any of these training aids, but I have been looking around online and thought I would post some that looked interesting and that were related to TGM.

Flat left wrist: http://www.4golftraining.com/wrist/frame_wrist.htm
Bent right wrist: http://www.t-g-s.com/devices/pwrClick.html

Again, I haven't used any of these and I, as I'm sure others are, would be interested in reviews from anyone who has. Remember as well that many of these can be made from things sitting around the house or by spending a few bucks at WalMart or a hardware store. Go ahead and post any other training aids you find that deal with the 3 imperatives.

A low tee. Not exactly a training aid. Using your driver it will definitely teach you to hit down and with a flat left, bent right wrist.

For the Inside Approach style training aid. Put a club shaft through your range bucket. You might have to keep a few balls in the bucket to keep it steady if you have a clubhead still attached to the shaft. At least you don't have to carry a little bag around or go out into range after your foam thingy and risk Sir Slicealot to the left of you slicing one into the back of your left calf.

Look at this url http://www.freegolfinfo.com/forums/tm.asp?m=499152&mpage=1&key=inside,approach#499152

Managed to get an actual Inside Approach for cheap. I also put it to my right side, tilt the arm up at an angle to make a shorter plane stick. Haven't done this yet, but you could probably make the plane stick with PVC pipe and one of those foam rubber "noodle" for swimming. Put some weight down one end of the PVC to counter-balance the longer stick and you've got your Plane Stick with an Inside Approach all in one.

You can make an Inside Approach for <10 bucks and when I get around to it I will visit the PVC/Golf Training Aid section at Lowes and build my own plane stick.
