Well written Brian remember at last yers summit when Ben gave his own mini summit to an audience of about 40 pros after the second days presentations. The stiff Rick Martino wouldnt let us use the range so we went down the road and everyone loved Ben.

It was the highlight of the summit, I cant wait to next summit!

The golfing machine is the best source of instruction by a gigantic margin and I find myself starting to feel angry at the pathetically poor level of instruction and blatent ignorance by the golfing teaching professionals. Every time I see a Leadbetter or McLean troubleshooter teacher the words of Moe Norman just ring through my mind, "its just awful, its just awful" whilst he just looks in utter disgust.

Chuck Evans why dont you stop grandstanding and get that guilty paranoid chip off your shoulder that you stole a lot of Bens ideas. Ben is the REAL GOLFING MACHINE and a true genius(artist/scientist) that has done eons of good for golfdom.

I have experienced personally Lynn, Chuck and Randy. I have use several items from Brian also. These gentlemen are doing more for teaching golf than all the others put together.

I have seen references from chuck to Ben Doyle saying he was teaching "faulty instruction" at his site a while back (I don't go there except to see some of Yodas old posts) which he later deleted after Brian put a thread on this.

Whilst four barrels australian could of put it more PC (great name btw..lol) I do think he has a point. Does Ben enrich the TGM community and the golf community as a whole - it is a definate yes.... Lets look it the other way around - Does Chuck really enrich anything - I think not. All he is interested in is his own self-gain, fame and fortune rather than the good of golfdom.

Chuck has a free right forearm angle of approach video on his site where he wants you to put your hands visually over your right foot for impact. Faulty instruction indeed

Just to clarify what you said about Chuck's video, there is a sidenote or something that says he means to say left foot instead of right foot, or taken another way, the right foot when you are watching the video which would be a golfer's front(target-side) foot. I'm not getting into anything else, just wanted to clear that up.

YES. I was going to mention this also.

I also don't think it's right to start trying to knock people you haven't met. Chuck is a great guy.

Jim get into the real world please.
The purpose of this forum is to tell the truth.
Please fly over to the west coast and experience the real golfing machine physics and geometry together. And the artist Ben Doyle putting it into a feel and visual prespective.

These guys are also good but Ben has influenced the world of golf instruction more than anyone.

Chucks comment calling it a fiasco is a negative reference to Ben, and that is wrong!

FOUR BARRELS...were you part of the contigent that learned from Ben in Australia quite recently?

Ben Doyle, Bobby Schaeffer, Paul Hart and I ran 4 x 3 day G.O.L.F. schools. Ben has been my teacher for the last decade. Hands tell the pivot to move me and the pivot does all the work to move them. The hands are the generals and the pivot acts as the army.
Accumulators are power sources and they are applied by the Pivot. Ben and his lovely wife Joanne loved their trip down under and it was the best G.O.L.F. school that has ever been staged in Australia, as the truth was taught, its all on the mat(facts and illusions).

Gregg McHatton, Bobby Schaeffer, Billy McKinney and I will run 5 x 3 day G.O.L.F. schools this Jan.

They are not sanctioned by the GOLFING MACHINE headquarters(politics).

This is very sad when people start having a go at anybody, the idea of the forums is to surely get the name of The Golfing Machine out to the golfing public, I have met both Chuck and Ben, and both are great instructors, so lets quit the mud slinging and get back to the programme.
