TGM at the PGA level is a hard hard sell.
The problem is nobody already in business wants a resource which claims to descibes "all methods."
So the only way around that is to sell TGM as a specialty thing:
1) the flat left wrist "method"
or
2) Perhaps 2-4 fairly standard procedures
And then WHILE IN, answers can come out that yes other ways are possible too.
As far as getting other instructors to sign on to be authorized, I think that is a much much harder thing than just some PGA acceptance.
