is putting the hula hoop in the ground and then yanking it out something one should do with all full swings?
does it make it easier or harder (or relatively the same) to control low point?
how is it different from a "fit in" move?
I'd have to think about it some more; it's definitely a dynamic move and my first hunch is that it isn't something that someone is gonna get right away with say a twist away concept
Bill, you've got to read the whole Run-Up/Jump thread. Basically it's a move on the downswing where you move your hypothetical swing arc low-point well below the ball and then by impact raise it to be closer to the ball, in order to add power.
