The Tom's method is to aim left and hit down on it, correct? I noticed this through the bag. Am I correct in saying that David takes his driver a wee bit on the down? Although Sir Nick commented on his super forward ball postion with the driver.
I go back and forth between aiming left and hitting down and squaring up and swinging left (the first is more my norm, but does nothing to help my underplane tendencies, although my left alignment helps with the shot result) I know the ball does not care, but aren't players that are swinging left encouraging a better pivot etc? I know Brian has stated that one is no better than another, but it seems to me that no amount of leftward aim can save a severely underplane swing. Comments?
