For some reason, i still get these Golf Magazines even though i dont think i ever signed up. Anyway, i got two of them in 3 days. I'm leafing through them and damn, there's alot of teachers out there. The top 100 seems so random. Does anyone know how these people are picked? Is it strictly a good old boys group or is there a strict set of guidelines? How is Manzella or Mchatton, etc. not in? Is TGM blackballed or what?

Hebron, Ness and a few others are always on there too. I agree it needs to be updated.

Seems like the only way to get there is to create something the magazines will publish i.e. "stack & tilt" or "one plane and two plane" or repackage some aspect of the game that is already out there and claim it as your own like Stan Utley (gated putting stroke, handsy short game).

Hebron isn't an A.I. Also, why doesn't it say G.S.E.B next to Cook's, Hall's, or Ness' names after published articles. I know they're authorized but the general reader does not. Why isn't the TGM community on their backs for not having their credentials by their name. Are they afraid of being connected or a part of the "cult"? What gives?

Shhh.....they (inadvertently) help me.

The Top 100 Teachers.

The Top 50 Teachers.

Me.

Take a lesson from two of the Top 50, and 3 of the Top 100, then take a lesson from me.

Similar scenarios have occurred numerous times to me in the last 20 years.

It has a great effect.

Getting on those lists were very important to me a few years ago.

That was before the internet.

;)

I use all of the "unknown" stuff to my advantage, everyday. Trust me.

They are HELPING me.

I have often wondered why someone like Brian is not on these lists, have come to the conclusion that his ideas are so far ahead of the so called top teachers, that the editors of these Mags are afraid. Just saw the Golf Digest Triple X Factor what a load of C.........P.
NUMBER 1 ON THE INTERNET BRIAN MANZELLA by miles.
That the only thing that matters to me.
