Twist Away with Medicus

Started using the twistaway with much success on the range after watching NSA. Still in the infancy stage however.

I have a Medicus dual hinge driver and was wondering if the training device should work if I was using the twistaway in my swing. I don't think it could with the way the sweet spot is lagged versus lagging the hosel on the Medicus?

New to the TGM so much learning to come.

There are several swing patterns that the Medicus isn't suited for. Some one who loads the shaft late in the backswing (e.g. Nicklaus) wouldn't be able to use it.

I don't think it would work with twistaway because the Medicus promotes having the toe up midway in the backswing. For twistaway, the clubface is pointing towards the ball.

First of all...

What is the Twistaway really?

Simply the right wrist bending straight back on itself.

But to the SLICER, the twistTOWARDer, it FEELS LIKE a twistAWAY!

I have one of the most neutral clubface positions in golf, and I can't use the Medicus.

It breaks in my SHAFT STRESSing takeaway!

It might help a lurching hooker, but, in on my lesson tee—next to useless.

The Medicus is retarded--not promoting of golf-like movements at all. Play golf--stop worrying about your club breaking. It's like a skater feeling like he's going to fall through the ice. ASININE!
