Weak right/across the line

I've been working on a drill in which I keep a glove under my right arm and thinking about 'swinging' right as I have a problem of coming across the line at the top and hitting the high right miss. Do you think this drill would work? Do you see anything in the video of something that I'm missing that I should be doing? Greatly appreciate all the help. YouTube - chip driver

You might want to keep in mind that ultimately the ball reacts to the clubface angle..:)

If you are hitting a "high right" (straight right, short perhaps?) shot, then your path is in to out enough...it is simply the face that is off (open to your target, but matching your swingpath)....so it is a case of adjusting the face at impact....maybe slightly strengthen your grip

I wonder where you learnt this from?

Just what caught my eye

Chip,

I think you have a pretty nice overall motion

I'd do two things..1) Make sure you watch Brian's SDP Video if you haven't already..In there he mentions that across the line is helpful especially to set up for a draw..and 2) I'd watch your balance..Your forehead is touching that far away telephone pole and then you get closer to the ball as you start your swing back..as you swing down your head is left of the pole...For me, if I move closer to the ball and then away, I fade/hit a weak one it too..

Hope it helps,

Thanks to everyone for the help. I'll work on those things.

Tongzilla I saw Vijay doing it at the range and thought I'd just give it a shot and it seemed to help.
