Well we didn't play Pinehurst, but . . .

We did a stay and play at The Vinoy Resort in St. Petersburg. Got 1/2 off green fees because we're veterans, and $20 replays. Beautiful course. The shuttle from the resort to the course was great because we were in no shape to drive. What a great place. Paid for the hotel with credit card points. I pay for everything with a CC and it's amazing the points you can amass. It's like Monopoly money.

The only bad part about the whole trip was me seeing the F4 tornado that hit Henryville, In from about 1/4 of a mile away. I thought it was coming right at me while on I-65. Terrifying, and perhaps life changing.

Glad you had a good time. Glad you survived the tornado too. And veterans should get 1/2 off greens fees. You guys are a big part of the reason we are even free to play golf. Thanks to you and any who served.
