Footwedge, I was presuming they have already done that. Surely they have.

I know there is an association of Club Fitting professionals that could provide some info and guidance. I have no knowledge of the economics of a golf shop, except that it has to be a tough business even in good times.

Pure Grips.

You don't need solvent or tape. Just that $35 gun. I tried them out at the PGA Merch show, very tacky. Don't have a cord grip, but I don't think you need one with them. They are guaranteed for 12 months IIRC. Also, get the HIRZL golf glove...you will NOT be disappointed. Thing is unbelievable and is guaranteed for 3 months and IIRC, you can used it for a month...throw it in the washer to clean it...and it still stays in good condition.

Thanks for posting the info about pure grips. I will defiantly be stocking them in my shop.

Guys, my buddy is opening a facility and it will be top notch. I simply am trying to give him any information I can to help him be as successful as possible. This forum is the most knowledgeable golf forum on the net...thus why I ask all of your opinions.
