Stop the Daly sequence at the :13 and :33 mark and you'll see how normal it really is.
Yup but he stays relaxed enough to initiate the stretch shortening cycle. It's a lot easier to do that when you're relaxed and not tense--the kind of tension that could result from overcooking the left and right arm pressure points idea. There are some MORAD/Stack and Tilt swings that utilize the SSC:

Exactly when , how are morad pressure points applied in the various patterns. You seem to claim to know by posting about em constantly, school us

Not really, I like ogrady's swing , heck i like a lot of swings,hoping you could school me on his moves and pressure points stuff, but I gather from your response that you have no idea

Psychologically, you seem to want others to share in your desperate desire to reach a consensus opinion on what you see ... almost to the point of obsessive compulsiveness ...!!!!

What you 'see' in these 2D videos is not hard evidence of golfswing mechanics ... and soon after we get Project 1.68 it may not even be permissible on this forum ... believe it.
