What the feet tell us about a swing?

Compare the lead foot action before and after impact in Sam Snead and Bubba Watson - what can one infer from the different patterns (Snead swivels on heel, Bubba swivels on his toes) - does it relate to HSP control? Thanks?

It very well may help control the hsp for the shot they are playing. But, imo, there is not much different between what they are doing with their lead foot. It looks to me that they are "jumping" at that point in their swings while turning. Their lead foot reaction to this jumping is then dependent on where their center of gravity is and is going as their swing progresses and is not a conscious control.
