Suddenly you find you are the owner of TGM!
How would you go about turning this ownership into a money making business with the ultimate goal of having 1000+ certified teachers, convincing the public to use them.............continueing H.K.'s work (suspect new owners have conditions they must adhere to?)

Chuck has a hundred year plan that was rejected. But your plan was what, if you can say.

I doubt it can be saved- the corporation not the idea.

Let's take it point by point...

First get all the guys who really ARE AI's in sprit and knowledge and get them in QUICK.

Examples: Hank Johnson, Bill Skelly, MikeSTLOC

Actually, Hans, it was they -- not Chuck -- who had the '100-year plan.' But it was nothing 'official,' just a stated mindset emphasizing the long-term growth potential for TGM. A much more specific shorter-term (five-year) plan was also presented. This plan featured many good ideas that now lack only implementation.

After getting my first step done, I would call a meeting which I would moderate becuase I am good at it ;)

Ben and Lynn and Hank and Chuck and Mike and Mark and Gregg, etc.

and come to a CONSENSOUS on what the book is and what it is not and hash out all the knocks on each other's work.

Then......STEP #3!!!!

You should consider inviting horton and mandrin to scour out the scientific gaffes, so that TGM is acceptable to sane and knowledgeable people and golfers too.
