I thought he was putting with more of an arc stroke that week?
I also remember Vijay using a long, straight "lane" on the practice green. I think he was using a conventional-length putter too.

The list.

I'd love to fix Seve and Ian Baker Finch.

I'd be set for life.

Off the tour, I love to teach Jerry Rice and Rush Limbaugh.

Fixing Seve...

Can you imagin if Seve hit the Seniors tour with his swing fixed and short game intact!!

Young "tiger cub" generation will never know what it was like to have Seve on your team in the Ryder cup - he made not only himself a better player but also his partner - Tiger has yet to do that ...

Seve has tried most of the other teachers so may just be a matter of time before he ends up in Louisiana!!

How about fixing the original machine guy - Bobby Clampett??

What's wrong with em anyway?

Honestly have never seen Finch's swing either.

And why Rice and Rush? (cause Rice is a good athlete and rush is like you? :))

Why?

I am not saying what's wrong with Seve and Finchy 'cuz I want to be the one to fix 'em.

As far as Rice and Rush:

There are ZERO ex-joks who learned golf late in life that can play a lick—and there is ONE very good reason for it—I KNOW I can teach old #80.

If I got Rush to really hit it, he'd brag about me on his show and I'd be booked until the US Open is played on Venus.

What do you think of Finch's swing b4 he lost it anyway? Good?

Why Jerry tho?

And what very good reason is it? (or do you not want to say)

Does it have to do with other teachers...?

Wish I was alive when seve was at his best :-(! I heard he hit his driver EVERYWHERE but had amazing imagination and short game skills. Sounds like me (hitting driver) but i hvent got the short game skills of seve HAHA!

I had a good chat with Ian Baker Finch at this years Open at Hoylake. I was working as a spotter for ABC and he was doing the commentary for them . I asked him if he had plans to play the tour again. He said he might have a go at the senior tour. I asked him what went wrong with him as he was once a great player. He said it his problem was nerves not his swing. I will be seeing him again at The Grove at
THE WORLD GOLF CHAMPIONSHIPS, AMERICAN EXPRESS
CHAMPIONSHIP 2006

From 28th September to 1st October

He is a really nice guy. I got the feeling that inside he would like to compete again. He played Birkdale before the Championships and said he did not realise that some of the holes had OBs on them. He said he was oblivious to them when he won the Open there and only realised they existed when he played it again.
