Working harder after impact

It is easier to understand how to work with the CF after impact for a SWINGER.(Using the Pivot power) But how do we apply this to Hitting? How do we use the Launching Pad effectively?

By feeling the feet and the 'heavy' club.

EDZ,

This is a very good tip for Swinger, particular be able to feel the "HEAVY" Club. As well as maintaining the balance on the left foot rather then having just half the feet on contacting the ground.
Now, what about using muscle with Hitting procedure.

Thanks

I like to think about continuing the right arm thrust until I have torn out every last grass root in the ground.

I visualize an 'upper cut' punch motion and try to punch 'downplane' through the ball, through the turf, to both arms straight (aiming point). The 'upper' cut keeps me from roundhousing or quitting. It is important to understand that the real target of the punch is BELOW the ground and AHEAD of the ball.

Push BACK on the right shoulder AT release point....

...or at least FEEL LIKE you do.

Do you mean that for HITTING procedure, we sort of keeps our right shoulder to stay back until release point?

But the actual question was WORKING HARDER AFTER IMPACT, so what do we do after impact for Hitter.

Gregg McHatton, mention we should Work HARDER AFTER IMPACT. But he is addressing Swinger procedure but not Hitting. So, anyone could help me to clear the mist?

So far, only RWH's answer is related to the question.

The Hitter's say that they use the right shoulder as a backstop to hit off of. Incidently, a Hitter with RFT was in contention at the Buick - Rod Pampling.
