And all to be honest....
I've had about 4 months off golf and have lost around about 3 stone (UK weight) and have done a lot of work posture wise via Egoscue exercises to correct general (not golf) poor posture and help prevent future neck and back problems.
I have hit a few balls this week and as I would of expected after a lay off everything felt AWFUL.
I have heard of people struggling after weight loss but is there anything specific I should be looking at doing.
I will never be a range junkie again, both for fear of injury and as I know it doesn't do my golf any good to hit too many balls.
Brian,
I know we struggled with getting my weblesson sorted but I now have all day free on wednesday each week (UK time) to try to arrange something with you.
I have used my lay off to ignore ALL golf websites and books to clear my head of all the junk flying around...
Hope this year is my best yet and good luck to everyone else too this year.
