Soft Draw pattern turns into fade!!

I have noticed if i just pull with my left arm hard, it becomes a beautiful fade and it has this a little weird follow through. If i want to switch back to a draw, I would have my butt of the club point to the target again in the finish like Brian has described. Is that the way to play a fade?

    fully lagging club takeaway (YES!)

I have been struggle a little bit with lagging club takeaway, i could only do it for the first 18--20 inches, then my hands and wrists start cocking and bending. I guess it's due to the lessons that I had before (the last 2 years) which made it really hard for me to let my wrists set on their...

pulling and pushing (left hand and right hand)

I was experimenting on the driving with just pulling as hard as i can with my left hand and pushing as hard as i can with my right hand. WIth proper pivot (I think). Anyhow, If i pull with my left arm, usually it pushes to the right. I feel like I'm just dragging the handle, hands are very...

Could swinging too much to the right causes flip?

Just wondering if that can be one of the causes of a flip. If you push to the right, would yellow brick line work?

Is playing golf like riding on a bike?

I always wonder if i get really good at a certain level and I don't practice for a while, could I still hit the ball straight? It's kinda like riding a bike, once you learn how to ride that bike correctly, you don't need to ride the bike everyday. Once you hop on to that bike, it's sailing...

    Feels good man.

I finally hit my 5 iron 200 yard with the softdraw pattern. I'm looking forward to the softfade pattern. I think I created alot more speed with Brian's swinging across my chest and throwing the drunk off. Relearning pivot, and backswing is the best thing that happened to me. Happy new year...

Guys, tell me if i'm on the right track

So i have been practicing alot :D it's fun to try out all the BM patterns. I noticed a few things. If you have a slightly flat backswing, it's not good to have a flatwrist. The flat wrist on top makes the club really shut. You might pull your ball with your short irons and push with your...

bad swinging habits that creeps up on you once a while, post them!

lifting the club up too much because of my right shoulder poping up sometimes on the backswing. It creeps up on me few times a year. The ball flight is typically low hook and hitting behind the ball because of coming down too steep with a closed club face. Even if i don't want to flip i flip...

    Golf VS Tennis

After studying SD, Confession of a Former Flipper, never slice again, today is the day I can happily say that today is the club face awareness day for me. I play tennis now and then, and I never really focus on the technicality of how to actually hit the tennis ball. Today at the driving range...

what happens when you do the fiddle drill

and you don't straightening your right arm fast enough? and just keep dragging the club with your shoulder towards the ball?

so my right shoulder keeps poping up..but no more

I always feel like I don't have enough turn, i forcus on my shoulder turn and my right arm keeps lifting up which causes me to have steeper attack sometimes. The right shoulder pops up and causes alot of tension (right shoulder socket) on the top. So Instead of turning my shoulder I just focus...

"Pop Out" vs. No "Pop Out"

I'm bored so I made a video of pop out vs non pop out. I think pop out swing needs alot of rotation and speed but the ball flight is typically low.....and the non pop out swing requires less power to hit the ball and the ball flight produces high draws for me. No pop out is the way to go...
