My lofts have been checked and are as follows
4 - 24
5 - 28
6 - 31
7 - 35
8 - 39
9 - 45
PW - 50
The number on the sole doesn't count for anything.
It's just a way to correlate which club you hit the distance you need it to.
Distance gaps and consistency are far more important than bragging that you can hit a 32* 7i 175 yards.
average carry right now in 50-60 degree weather,
4, 23* 180
7, 34* 150
pw, 46* 120
I am the best iron player in my world. Your distances seem about average. I tinker so much that it is hard to keep track of what my true distance with each club is. Before my equipment change to weak lofted irons, and with my NHA/MA hybrid pattern my distances were:
19* iron faced hybrid (el cheapo!): 250ish off a tee.
4- 240
5- 220
6- 180
7/8- 150-175
9- 140-115
pw/sw- 10-110
This list reflects how I actually used each club. Often times, I might use a 7 iron to hit a 150 yard shot because it is easy, and not because that is the farthest I can hit it. It comes down to feel and confidence.
What would those distances be in 80 or 90 degree weather??? Any idea?

These distances don't make sense to me. If you can hit a stock 5 iron 220 and can only get the 6 iron to go 180 it doesn't make any sense. either your long irons are bent really strong or you are flipping the shorter irons.
You missed this part of my post? :

6I-SW are finesse clubs for me. I can blast my 6 iron much longer than 180, but I have no reason to do so.
Can't wait to perfect the driver and empty the wallets of everyone around hereA good short game wouldn't hurt either. I'm all good iron play and good putting. My driving and wedge game need a lot of work.
