Yeah, so they try to save it by throwing or slinging the head and rapidly closing the face. In fact,I'm not sure i've ever seen a true over the top pull hook. Maybe,but I can't remember.

I can do that! It usually comes after my push slice

Clubface control: get a tennis racquet, use your left hand and hit a bunch of different shots at a wall.

Agreed!

Only one man's opinion, but I've seen more left to left hooks from an underplane approach that over the top.
