I think all Frans is saying is that, with a clubface pointing left of the target, you could have a path that's to the right of the clubface (causing your draw) but which is still a little left of the target.
A++++++++; meaning the "old standard" of pull-hook IE and over the top move with a closed face.
Can also be a fairly neutral HSP but with too much down (true path too right) and a left face; sometimes i do that off a tee with an iron and it's foooooooooore left baby but i bet it looked good on video
