WOW!

I ordered on 5/20/2009 and had it in my hands by 5/23/2009, and have watched it twice already!!

Very well done and informative

Ballflight

Of all the topics Brian's discussion on ball flight, plane and path were the best. He talks about how to correct balls going right or left with club face or by correcting your path.

Its all good some more things more basic than others. Lot of things we have all heard before especially on this forum, but it was told to the viewer with a different twist.

It was worth the money. Good quality and professionally done.;)

Ordered last Wednesday, received today, just saw first chapter. These images are almost HD. Next impression is how large Michael's hands are-reminds me of those pictured by Mr. X.

Rewatching the ball flight now. Even though I had seen it here, it make a big difference seeing Brian and Michael describe it on tape....

With out using th D-Plane word. Even I understood it :)

Unlike the swinging left thread  although I am re-reading that understanding more. i think it was the squirrel on the roof analogy :D

That was my thought as well. And a heck of a nice looking swing, too.

Video is well done. I think there are some nuggets to be mined there even for the dedicated forum reader. And it condenses quite a bit of info into a short time with almost no jargon.

The squirrel explanation was good stuff as was the Johnny Unitas. It was a good overview of some of the info on this site and I was reminded of things I must do to improve.

Guys,

This video is great and quite comprehensive. There is a great opportunity to work with these two live in June for 2 days and then go to the us open final day with them.

I had earmarked Brians trip to Long Island for months because I live nearby, but for those that really like this video you have to seriously think about this.

See the long island tour stop thread.

The video's are great received mine two days ago. The Pivot chapter is great as well as the ball flight chapter. The tour impact chapter is also great. This video is a gem. Thanks guys!!

Shoulder Turn-Driver

Setting up with the spine perpendicular to the plane line, does Michael turn his shoulders perpendicular to the spine or flatter? Thanks.

10 things DVD

Hello everyone, need a little help with this DVD. I'm on the fence right now as far as buying it or not. Just so you know, I pretty much have all of Brian's and Michael's dvds. I'm just curious since there's so many different patterns out there. For instance, I see the grip is one of the topics. It seems like some of the patterns have a slightly different grip. So how does the DVD cover this? Obviously, you don't have to give me specifics, I'm just curious how it gets handled. The same goes for lineup, backswing, etc. Thanks

Curtis

The DVD is a comprehensive review, of sorts. It's not pattern specific. If you've been hanging around here a while and seen some of michael jacobs stuff then it will be familiar to you. There was some great info on the driver which has really helped me off the tee. I think it's worth having, but you won't be blown away by anything new.
