Yips ....putting (no I don't have them...lol...just a more interesting subject than the same ol faults...)

Right knee straightens too much on backswing, typically causing arms to lift to the top (way too upright and off plane).

Body still parallel to plane line at impact; i.e., no rotation of the body toward the target prior to impact.

loosing spine angle on forward swing....butt goes in, head goes up

You are trying to get the clubhead to the inside-aft quadrant but WERE above the plane.

Start down with your right shoulder moving directly at the ball.

block cut with driver

Hitting the inside of the ball on THE WAY UP!

Hit down on the inside of the ball, swing left through the ball and make sure the clubface points to the ground at some point on the way top the finish.

Your tailbone is moving TOWARD the target on the back swing.

(Sorry Ladies) Feel like you CRACK your right nut on the backswing.[8)]

Leakage...losing lag into impact...

You are trying to use the left wrist cock for what you should use the left wrist roll for.

Uncock FIRST, then ROLL (swinger).

Keep your right forefinger behind the club the whole back and to the ball swing.
