Love it! I think it's great Brian, well done. Isn't there a voting portion to the contest also? I'm assuming that once the video is up we can then vote for you?

Great job Brian, I especially enjoyed the 90 second tip. Best of luck and hopefully the powers that be will see that you have great information and have an enjoyable presence in front of the camera.

Brian:

I think the video is perfectly you......It is exactly what the doctor ordered for TGC.

One note you do have some sort of stain or wet spot on the seat of your pants. Not sure if you were aware. Sorry if I was checkin out your Italian Arse.

Great Job.

Heat Index 115.

Great work. You should have worn dark trousers though. Can't let them see you sweat. In my opinion, your video of "catch the drop" was the most original explanation of the golf swing, I'd ever seen. I would have loved to have seen a new version of that. Good luck and I hope you are selected.

Brian, just out of curiosity, if you are picked and told to quit this forum for whatever reason they may have, what say you?

Nice video. I liked Clement's video, but I think that your information was more useful.

You should probably make a video targeted at other instructors on how to make videos. After watching all the submissions to this contest, they could use your help.

Very well presented Brian as we all expect. You seemed nice and outgoing, knew your material, and looked good on camera.

If there was anything I could say that may "need some work" it's that you covered a LOT of information very quickly. A person almost needs to write down everything you say in order to remember it all.

Right shoulder goes down
Clubface needs closed
Grip it with the heel pad on top of the shaft
The inside hand takeaway
Left arm wedge
Right hand twistaway
Rotate the face early in the downswing (tumble)
And don't tilt the head back

That's a LOT to try and remember. I had my girlfriend watch the video and tell me what she could remember, and she could only remember the right shoulder down and takeaway parts. After that she started to fog up.

I just thought you would like to know an impartial observers opinion, and from someone who has never seen you before.

Clement has good presentation skills, I just worry about the usefulness of the information.

Agreed! You have enough information in there for the first series. With adverts, plugs, etc. each one of the bullet-points Ringer has listed above could be a show...

All the stuff in this video is great. And it will scare the shit out of TGC. A great video should have to be watched more than once to absorb it all. I guess we will see what they really want. Good Luck.

Nah, tape the thing, take notes. Golf Channel tips are shown more than once.

The entries gotta be 8 minutes long - you can't talk about the left arm wedge for 8 minutes.
