Hi, I'm new here to this site.
All I can say is thank you for all the good info that is available here in the forum. My concern is that i've been playing golf for the last 7 years— and because of my never ending desire to be good at this game—I always tinker with my swing.
The problem is that I'm hitting the ball really bad right now because of all the experiments that i have been doing, and I feel that im so confused with my swing.
My weakness is really my iron game, because for some reason I cannot hit it from the middle of the fairway properly. I can not make decent contact with the ball. It's either little fat or thin with lack of distance.
I have no problems with the driver and woods.
At the driving range when i practice my irons, I hit it good and make solid contact with the ball and hit it far, but when it comes to the actual game, I can not hit it properly and make all kinds of errors.
My friends tell me that I am a range player because I'm good when im hitting it at the range.
Because of this i cannot attain my full potential and enjoy the game as well.
I am a 10 handicap golfer and my ball flight usually is a fade and sometimes pull hooks.any advice?
thanks!
btw just bought "Flipper" and "Never Slice Again," and hope they can help me cure my faults.
