Looks like my year has ended early....My 6 year old likes to come down in the night and slip into my and my wife's bed, I carried him back to bed and didn't bother turning the lights on and I fell down the stairs landing on my wrist. It was a little sore but I didn't think much of it. I went and played golf the next day and my wrist really started to hurt, especially when I either pronated or supinated. I had a local tournament I wanted to play in that weekend and tried to play through the pain but it kept getting worse and I started really to lose some distance on all my clubs, I was atleast a good club to club and a half shorter. I barely finished the tournament because the pain was getting so bad, I went to the doctor and got xrays and nothing was broke but he said I injured some ligaments Triangular Fibrocartilage Complex (TFCC) Injuries | eorthopod.com , he put me in a brace, I think I am going to need to see a specialist.
Anybody dealt with this type of wrist injury?
