I heard years ago that his wife is a world class PITA and recently heard that they are separated. If that is true, I don't envy him at all.

His shirts need chest support, and she's all right. The younger pros have taken it to a new level in regards to wife-hotness.
Personally, I don't know what these guys are thinking tying the knot in their mid-twenties. If I had their level of fame, cash, and mobility, I think 42 is about the earliest I would consent to getting hitched. I mean, come on.

I like his style. It seems like he's had a pretty enjoyable life.
Back to Phil's putting. I really don't think it matters what he does. Yeah, he's widened his stance, changed his grip, etc. He's always been a good putter, and right now I think he's in the honeymoon phase of a recent adjustment. Over a long enough time span, I don't know how dramatic the improvement will be.
I'll say one thing though: I am not a fan of the forward press. However, it makes me wonder in light of the fact that the face has to be open if the ball is being struck on the upswing (I guess it doesn't have to be if you're going to aim right).
Maybe Phil has unintentionally zeroed out his putting vis a vis Stockton's instruction.
