Punch shot

Thanks MJ, and Jim this is exactly what I want to say "EASIER TO PERFORM".

But if you look at Ben's teaching when he is asking his student to do a punch, he always wants people to do full swviel, so it is very much like a HH. I presume a Punch shot should work better then HH as of the low ball flight.
So for swinging HH, shall we place the ball further back for punch and closer to the left foot for hitting AH. Or maintaining the ball position further back, but use Horizontal Hinging for both Hitting and Swinging.

I thought Ben added a swivel later, after the basic chip, pitch, and punch. In the lesson video I saw, as I remember, he keeps the ball about 1" inside the student's left heel.

Sounds like you're using "punch" to describe trajectory. As I understand it, the Punch shot as taught by Ben refers primarily to the length of the backswing, which would be about half-way between a pitch (left arm parallel to the ground) and a full swing. As MJ posted, the Punch can stop at follow-through or you can use a Finish Swivel.

Moving the ball back in the stance will generally give a lower trajectory for any procedure -- chip, pitch, punch or full swing.

I am not sure about miniture Chip & Pitch (as it will deloft the club), but with the club face layback Angle Hinging for Hitting procedure, having the ball back with full swing will definately make the ball to go lower.
