Now I have been working hard on my stroke and routine indoors and have been using the iPing app
Hi all,
What sort of adjustments would need to be made with D Plane knowledge in putting?
Assuming a centre strike and on a 10 ft putt what effect would a clubface open or closed be?
For example 2 degrees open at impact
I'm really seeing if I need to make many adjustments for this on course on shorter to longer putts.
I'm well aware Sam Putt lab would be more specific, but if a stroke was relatively straight with minimal arc, on a 10ft putt what would be the effect of the open face?
Would this also be affected by the putter angle of attack being positive or negative?
I have not heard much about the D Plane and putting and wondered if there were general rules?
For example on a straight 10 foot putt x degrees open means the ball would go y right.
Hope someone has some knowledge they would like to share
Cheers
