How do you judge if the information you are receiving on the golf swing is valid or strictly bologna. I think the easiest way is to ask a few questions.
Are you getting better?
Is the info you've been given come from a credible source?
Are they an AI or have they received some other form of accreditation?
Have they had any students that have had success? And by succes I'm not talking about tour level. I mean dropped several strokes off their handicap, become a capable ball striker.
Can they back up what they are saying? And I mean apple for apple orange for orange, if you are twisting something to meet your own agenda no one can possibly debate you on it. You are simply not talking about the same thing.
I think it is wonderful that we can have meaningful debate and interaction about the golf swing, but when you have a known commodity, years of experience years of sucess, true in both brian and yoda's case. You should not maliciously attack everything that they say. The burden of proof is not on them. I am got going to sabotage someone elses thread to make my point if I have something so important to say I'll make my own post about it. have you noticed that any thread started by certain people unless someone wants to pick a fight is unresponded to where other threads get turned into war zones. I shouldn't have to weed thru pages of crap just to find the one good morsel that has been put in there by someone who has a clue.
I asked this question before and it was ignored, what kind of game do our internet gurus have. I've seen brian's name in US open qualifying reports so you know he's got some game. I've not seen holenone hit the ball but there are several here you have and the reports are impressive, so if you want to spout off, and I mean anyone, throw your credentials up here show you you got a little game.
