In my lesson with Brian, he told me that one of the images he used with David Toms was this. Imagine you are dribbling a basketball with your right hand against a wall behind you. (in backswing position) Then dribble the basketball through space down to the ball position and beyond. (paraphrased, and probably not well) This didn't really click with me at the time, but later when I was practicing at home, it came to mind and really helped me with the feel of getting roll. I haven't noticed this leading to left wrist breakdown.
