I am having a bit of confusion on the timing of accumulator release during the swing. It is my understanding that, for the three barrel swinger, the release sequence is 4,2,3.
Number 4 is released basicaly at release point, roughly when the hands pass the right foot on the downswing.
By followthough, the #3 is released and the full roll of the horizontal hinge action brings the clubhead to a parallel to the plane condition.
My question is about the number two accumulator. If impact demands a FLV left wrist condition, then the #2 should not have released (uncocked) at impact? When does the uncocking occur? between impact and separation? Between impact and followthough?
From a feel standpoint, when do you feel your left wrist begins to uncock? After the release point? Though the ball? Later?
Thanks
