I go away for a few weeks and the whole Manzella universe changes. I have to agree that the blue border is much more pleasing to the eye and makes the content portion of the pages easier to read. I know that there are a few bugs to iron out yet but over all a very well done upgrade.

Depending on your screen resolution settings things will look a little different. I have a feeling the logos looking a little blurry may be a resolution issue of the images Brian used. I've got mine at 1280 X 1024 and it looks pretty good so he might have it optimized for that resolution, or something close.

When you use Ctrl + to zoom in on the short shot pivot video you can see the whole thing. I'm not sure if that helps or not.

I really like the blue theme now. Lets call it Manzella blue ;). In fact the whole thing now is ssoooooo much better than the green version. Good decision.

The smileys are a bit "blurred" still.

I'd stick the Top 100 logo right next to your name.

I too like the mix of colors. One or two comments on the top logo area...it doesn't bother me, but the dark blue seems a little dark. And someone else mentioned missing having Brian's mug up there, and I think that would add a personal touch and connection with readers to have his mug up there. Probably to the left of the Top 100 logo would be good, at least to give it try. And while putting those elements together to see how it looks then revisit the background color for best effect.

I like the way the site has always been simple (no bazillion subforums), but also like the new additions.

The "Go to first new post in thread" button was a nice feature if/when you can get it back.

Again, looks pretty good, to me.

EDIT: You put it in! Hoorah..! Good stuff.

I liked how you had your face on the site too I think. And where it was, next to the logo. (?) Added a personal touch, and your personality is a big part of the site and what you do.

May I point to the "Baloneys", "New Orleans speak", "John Piscopolis'", "Mr. and Mrs. Fabershams", stories, etc.

The pic made the forum stand out more I think too.

Maybe you should put a word bubble over it. "Baaa-loney!!" :):D

Liking the colors and contrasts.....if I could suggest something.......make the font of the user names a little bigger so they can be read on a smartphone/iphone deal...
