In the tourney on the golf channel they played DLiii swing from 1997 and compared it to yesterday. In both swings the right hand moved away from the head, indicating a straightening of the arm. For the right forearm and hand to begin rotating towards the big toe as Coophitter indicates, the right arm would need to be in the process of straightening. Watching Verlander pitch last night, his arm straightens or in the process of it before the wrist and forearm snap the ball. It seems like Coop and Brian are saying the same thing, right arm straightens and at last parallel, rotation of the forearm and wrist snaps into impact. Swingthought, take arrow out of quiver and throw the point at the ball. ? Would that work? Perhaps some might need the tumble earlier, but it can never be consistent in terms of low point of the swing if the right arm does not start to straighten right away. I am thinking of TGM stuff like the law of the circle, which really supports the concept Brian refers to in this post, which has been great learning wise. Thanks
