Man, I did get in trouble got slapped down. What I posted was another link by a high profile instructor who feels you should start the hit from the top, ie: try to throw the clubhead at the ball, against an upper body that acts as a resistant. Ie: throw the club with the arms.
His feeling is that the body will react to the throwing of the clubhead by the arms.
I'd personally be worried about a flip, but his take is that will not happen.
I personally still like a bent right wrist at impact. I can tell immediately when I lose that bend, as my compression gets a little shaky.
