Could someone define quiet hands? Backswing? I see a ton of hand action in Stricker's swing, just different. I would appreciate a description from anyone who feels they hit a ful shot with quiet hands.

Seems to me he looks like he gets the perfect amount of separation between arms and torso going back. I'll bet his k-vest graph looks perfect.

Not sure about a proper definition as it's more of a feel thing for me. I feel like there is very little independent rotation from the wrists. The rotation comes more from the momentum of the swinging arms and club. I also feel like there is minimal cocking, not because I have locked or frozen my wrists (my grip pressure feels fairly light, but I have fairly strong hands), but because of the way and speed I take that club back. I do feel a bit of right wrist bending on the way back, and flatening during release. All that said, if you look at my swing, I would say the amount of hand action you see is pretty standard.
