Finally.

Not quite as solid as what I had seen before, but you get the idea. He's got a wonderful motion.

Walkin' the walk, wouldn't you say Brian ;)

Everything looks pretty good until halfway down: then, his hips stop turning, his legs and hips start to "pile up", and he begins to lose his posture and stand up. By impact, he has straightened a bunch, and his right side is doing nothing, compared to Hogan's triple extension of the right leg. When the arms are parallel to the ground in the follow-through, Hogan's belt buckle is facing the target, David's is still pointing to the right. Need to work on that lower body, IMO. Hands and arms look pretty good, though.

In the Hogan imitation, there are many similarities to Hogan, such as the hat, setup, grip, and startdown. The difference is where it counts, where David stands up through impact.

Here's the real deal http://www.megspace.com/sports/moetown/videos/hogan_side_clip2.html

Joe, be easy on the fella! He's spent a lot of time and effort working on it. It takes some guts to post one's swing up (especially if you said your swing is very similar to Hogan's in your posts).

Very nice swings David. Thanks for posting.

What's your swingspeed?

Your right knee definately straightened some David!!

BTW his feet slipped on the downswing....prolly accounts for some of the "goofiness."
