This is a bit like wrestling with a Pig in Shit. But you are the only one enjoying it.

Dear lord of the idiots,

The only reason that I'm enjoying it is because you are the pig who continues to wrestle in his own shit while I am one of the many onlookers watching you struggle.

I attended your talk on putting at the Ryder Cup. It was interesting to listen and exciting to see you speak live for the first time, very well done. I was wondering if you could post up what you said about Mickelson practicing putting? The part about why he makes his practice stroke away from the ball and the drill that led him to do this. Thanks.

How has it come from that to this?

It's a good drill, some people find it helps on the course. Like anything in golf, it may help someones "mental" or "physical" pattern, others not.

I'd vote for locking the thread now it has descended into nonsense.

I believe it is spelled "descended".

Sorry, couldn’t resist. I concur with the locked idea!

Uh, the point was...

thats not bad. the worst is when people type "loose" when they mean "lose".

...that this spelling stuff is all silly and meaningless...my daughter is dyslexic and can spell the same word wrong three different ways in the same paragraph...has no bearing on her either her native intelligence or the fact that she is a delightful young lady...the spelling/pronunciation of "put" vs. "putt" (or any other words) matters not to the issue in the OP or golfing in general...lock away!
