Lost the debate completely? Have you completely lost your faculties? Why don't you go to Natural Golf, Todd Graves Academy, and the above mentioned forum and sue everyone for calling Moe's swing "single axis"?
Matter of fact, why don't you just go wander over to the single axis forum and tell everybody they're full of b.s.

As far as ball striking, I know your frustrated...sorry.

No thanks, I'll avoid the leper colony. I don't take Ditka and Ricky Williams too seriously. I don't think any of the "UNatural Golf Makeover" candidates realized any of their goals on the golf channel, either? What a Crock!

Corky, I agree a lot about Natural Golf is a crock. But Moe Norman's swing wasn't.

You're right in that Moe Norman has a good swing and is one of the best ball strikers around. Viewing the single axis forum videos Norman, nor any other pro, has a perfect single plane motion with either arm. Matter of fact if you watch the posted down the line swing sequences of Norman you'll notice he has a little bit of a OTT move. This is not a criticism, as from what I understand most pros also have an OTT motion.

Archie, my golf philosophy is there are some swing methods better than others, clear instruction and full effort to reduce ambiguity. HK doesn't shine in these areas.

I find it ironic Matthew ripped into your swing. But if it helped, fine. The question arises why he can't help himself.

6bee, never sell a pole vaulter short until they're ahh, around 80 or so. [8D]

fdb2, I have agreed it is not a perfect single axis. I would still call it a single axis, and when I tried to be more accurate and said "basically" a single axis, my critics thought that was just a terrible thing.

How hot is it in Arizona? "101 degrees, sir." "What? That ain't hot, hot is when water boils."

"Ok, turn your air conditioner off then, smart guy."

SuperDave,

You have agreed to 'no Single Axis' only under the duress of Truth as professed by your 'critics.'

Bottom Line:

On Plane is On Plane.

Off Plane is Off Plane.

During the Release Interval, the Right Forearm is On Plane.

The Left Arm is not.

For the record, these are Facts, not Opinions.

As far as Phoenix Weather goes, here are the current conditions:

- Wind from the NE (050 degrees) at 7 MPH (6 KT)
- Visibility 10 mile(s)
- Sky conditions mostly cloudy
- Temperature 93.9 F (34.4 C)
- Dew Point 50.0 F (10.0 C)
- Relative Humidity 22%
- Pressure (altimeter) 29.86 in. Hg (1011 hPa)
- Pressure tendency 0.01 inches (0.2 hPa) higher than three hours ago

And so it goes.

Holenone, I'm still calling it single axis for descriptive convenience. If some one presses me OF COURSE it isn't absolutely a pure axis. Words can mean so many different things...remember Alice?

Hey All</u>ford

You only started using vague descriptions when you started to see that Moe left arm isn't on plane. For goodness sake, its a nice and clear picture and when you next look at it - dont forget to think how silly his body movement would have to be for his left shoulder to be on the clubshaft plane....if the left shoulder isn't on that plane (nor anywhere close I may add...) then the left arm isn't on that plane either... get it ?

Now silly, think of it this way - Imagine a straight line with a dot on either end representing the left arm from a down the line perspective - If one of those dots isn't on the clubshaft plane then how can it be single axis.... Moes shoulder is well</u> above the clubshaft plane (infact his body motion would look sheer stupidity if it did) = left arm off plane....

Its SIMPLE ! ! ! ! Its not even CLOSE</u> to it.... YOU ARE WRONG ! ! ! SIMPLE ! ! !

My logic here just killed your arguement if I hadn't already - DEAD ! ! ! !

My goodness its so simple - how don't you get it????? - you must be one of these truely thick morons....

And as far as my swing goes.... Soon ill be posting my new swing which is much improved since that time of footage.... I am not a teacher and nor pretend, but to say im unknowledgable or to say my swing is really terrible would be an injustice, Hell If I posted some tour pros you would be saying that also.... - but I do know when im sure about something or not sure about something - I never give information on part of the latter... unlike some ! !

The left arm is on plane throughout :D.... What a joke ! !...lol

Hey Matthew, you should just accept a lot of knowledgable people call Moe's swing one axis for descriptive purposes. I don't think any of these people are going to be surprised it is not a perfect one axis. Most ALREADY know it. duh.

As far as your swing, I never said it was lousy, and in fact is probably better than HK's ever was. :D :D :D
