You haven't got much to worry about CupSlam. I also have mid sole lie marks, and the experts tell me that 'all the good players' catch the leading edge. Those experts are very careful to not to show me their own swing though.

By the way, could you tell me how your hips work in your swing? Thanks.

Thats probably one big issue for me I really don't feel what my hips are doing, obviously they don't do much at all in the backswing

Dude, you have more than enough shaft lean. If it's marks from a lie board you're worried about, you can always grind down your clubs.

thanks for the advice, but how can I use that right hip more, I have a hard time getting much hip turn in the backswing

when I bend over more I hit really low draws with the 3 wood and driver, irons are lower but not unplayable, why is this?

The tugging probably opens the face and you smother it a little with your upper body. You have very little if any axis tilt at impact which aids in getting the right shoulder lower and getting more lean of the shaft as well as better flight.

sorry to ask I'm a little unsure where to go from here? need more axis tilt? sorry for asking questions but i'm really eager to make my ball striking solid

If bending over makes you hit low draws and pulls you dont have a good concept of how to fit the club through so you trap it and move forward with the upper body. You have to keep the head back and get the left shoulder higher to fit the club through with shaft lean.

Ok thanks a lot Kevin, sounds simple, will it be as simple as it sounds?

probably not. here's the thing though imo: you are a +3 now, where do you want to go? to fix these issues might take a decent amount of time and hard work. At +3 are do you really want to do that?

just sayn'.

I'm sorry but I'm one of the most competitive people you would ever meet and I'm all about working my butt off to get as good as I can be,

You guys like my garage?
The advice you guys gave made a difference. Played with Cup today and he hit the ball really well. Now how about some advice for making 10 footers? JK

I hope he was better than 3 under????

I am guessing it was around even par or maybe one under. I was a little busy having my own issues with lack of sleep and trees and such. I think what CUP is looking for is a little more authority in his ball flight especially with irons.
