John, I'm sorry but that infomercial looking piece of equipment is WAY over priced. You could get much more, for much less, AND be more productive. Productive meaning better workout for your entire body, head to toe. JMO

I have to disagree with you on this. It is no infomercial product. This is pro equipment used by pros. The benefits are unreal. I do not make any money on this product. I just know it works period. Until you try it you will never know. I am sure someone has one in your area you can try. Even the TPI staff got winded using it. If you have ever done wind sprints then you will have an idea of just one type of training you can do with it. It is also low impact.

I'm not saying it doesn't work. I'm just saying it's a lot of money for what it does, which seems very limited. You don't need any machine for cardio and the money spent could buy you all that you needed for weight training to go along with your cardio. In my mind, better OVERALL training for your game/health.

I base my knowledge on the X-iser from science and results and not options.

If you want a training program which is one if not the best for golf you will give it a try. You can’t even buy one pro weight training machine for the cost of 6 X-isers. Your can join a top gym and hire a trainer that knows what they are doing and you still have spent much more. I am going on about this as I am tired of hearing options. Do the research and get with the times.

I am with the times brother. You can get a power rack, weight set, bench, with accessories for a little more than 1 of those gizmos. You can do almost everything imaginable with what I've mentioned, no spotter necessary. Lose fat, gain muscle, you name it.

Get with the times, man that cracks me up.

Completely agree. All you need is to eat and sleep well, walk/run/cycle a bit, and do some free weights. I'm pretty sure more calories can be burnt per hour running than using a gizmo.

This just in, "Tiger has just released his SUPER SECRET workout program that EVERYBODY has been asking about for YEARS. All he does is work on his X-iser for 15-20 minutes per day, that's it!"

PS I'm sorry but I just had to.

I just had a vitamin C drip a week ago from my doctor. I get one once a month. I also take big time C, B and zinc as well as other vitamin supplements. I do some strength training twice a week and for cardio I do interval training on the X-iser. I will have a recumbent bike like yours soon and will hit the trails with it. Can't Wait!

What Recumbent are You Getting...I Hope You Realize All Those Recumbent Bikes/Trikes are for Sissys and Old People.... The Reason All Those Stiffs Lift Weights Etc. is that They Can't Swing a Golf Club....Most of the Swings Posted are So Off Plane and They are All Firing the Butt of the Club at the Ball and Not at the Bottom of the "IDeal" Plane.... When One is so Off Plane it Takes a Muscle Bound Freak to Over Come All the Resistant Forces.... Have a Great Day With Your New Found Information....:)

Thanks but I'm well aware of high intensity training. I've mentioned it on this website MONTHS ago. You still don't need ANY equipment for HIIT training. So spend the 400 bucks on some other equipment to go WITH your cardio. Weights, bands, medicine balls, etc.

PS Answer me this: Do you think Tiger, Camilo, etc would look even close to what they do without WEIGHTS? Some of the shots these guys pull off are largely due to their muscularity, not their VO2 max.

Get what you will use.

Make sure you incorporate your whole body into your lifting or exercise routine. ideally we would go work on a farm and or chop wood etc then go play golf eat, sleep and repeat. If you use any machine make sure you have to have to balance in some way to use or else treat it like desert.

Eat as natural as you can. Mainly drink water

Get a good night's sleep!

The Return of the High Fade

bronco you just fell off the bull! (if you were riding anyhow)

what a joke. Tiger looks horrible. Ok, that's subjective. But how do you know he's not aerobically fit. He runs and does lots of cardio...a well known fact...he might not run much after the knee thing, but I bet you he is has many other was to get his cardio fix. Thin/slim does not mean you're not aerobically fit. You can be bulky and fit.

Camilo didn't gain the weight and strength that he did in college by doing cardio, though.
