Jamie Lovemark Swing...

What a great dynamic swing. He really moves his weight back and through the ball nicely. A nice finish too, not the sawed off finish like some.

Jamie was a 14 year old player at my club for the World Juniors in San Diego and was pretty good back then. Not quite good enough that week though to beat a little 13 year old named Philip Francis.

Man who teaches that guy, Foley? Looks like one of his students.

Little bit of loss of pressure under the left arm into the finish?

I see problems

Way too steep a shoulder turn for such a flat eventual sweetspot path. Look at the 16 sec mark of the DTL view. Does that look "amazingly athletic" to anyone? He's getting a "method job". Could be talented enough to overcome it but this looks problematic.

Of course I'm just teaching at a bubble in Pittsburgh.

Something about the way his right elbow/arm moves in the down swing that kind of bothers me, likely due to the steep shoulder turn, but it seems his right elbow really wants to get into a pitchy position which gives him a ton of forward lean, too much in my opinion.

He gets it done though and when I saw him live, he was very impressive, just hit it a tad lower than some other players.

On that note, the best ball striker I have ever seen live is Jason Gore.
